Return Shipping Costs

In case of a return, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Any shipping fee paid at the time of purchase covers only the delivery of the order from B&G Store to the customer and does not include return shipments. Returned items must be sent back using a shipping method chosen and paid for by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item sent by B&G Store.
